Still a lot of people love Banished 😊 So many building games have gotten ideas from this game. It will never grow old!

I think you have to level up the burgages to level 2 in order to do things like boots from leather etc. Also to brew for the tavern. Your town is looking nice! Growing well! The need for food is keeping honey from being built up. Sawpits depends on how many people you have. And some places it takes a lot. You will need a forester to grow back some areas. Looks good!

I would do 50 to 75 years with this game and next game do a large map of some sort to see how big you can get? Large population? Nomads or not, doesn't matter.

You need to turn the Village sounds down as it drowns out your voice at times 🙃Truly interesting game.

hey i did a cool series years ago that we saved the game after playing 1-2 years and then saved the game.the game was then loaded by the other player and we switched back and forth for a while. I would love to do something like that if your interested

A little late. I have been trying to do this with pre loaded logos from old teams. IE the Montreal Expos. And when I click on logos.... I can't find any actual teams. Just the crappy computer generated ones.

Hey, man, you and I have been hanging out together since Banished was the king. Long live the king? I haven't played it yet. I have it, but I'm taking a totally different approach. Sort of the opposite of a speedrun. I think I want to go very, very slowly. I don't want to plan, at all. I can see it as role-playing, more "real time" than any RTS ever. In order to do that, I'm letting my game evolve, even before playing it. Do immigrants come only for new houses? Or do they bring their tents, join the work, and wait for a house to be built for them? See where I'm going with this? If they only come if a house already exists, then it's modern housing with ticky-tack houses eventually behind gates. I'm not looking for a replacement for City Skylines or Banished. I hope Manor Lords develops where you experience life in the Middle Ages, not a game to beat. I'm subscribed.

Here goes my opinion. Not another cash register, walk around and literally write down what you need and order at least 2 boxes of everything you are out of. You can go in and buy what you are low on after. And let your guys do the stocking!!!! Or get rid of the cost of them 😁

Why don't you try something different from everyone else and do a game of just building without any combat? I've not seen one person on YT who is doing just the building. I would if I could, but my computer still has issues. Learning to build the game is a great part of it. Each game has it's need to build list and so does this one. Before you get discouraged try the building first. Forager is very important here just like the gatherer in Banished. Much more than the farms, which are more for future things. Try just the building and then add the combat later maybe? I had hoped someone would, but everyone wants to fight 😔

I don't have access to manor lords being on ps5 but I picked up crusader kings 3 and I really been enjoying it

I know you need to collect tithe and taxes for a bit to build up your soldiers, but it makes people unhappy. It costs quite a bit when they are in battle. You need to focus on best way to make money first and grow. Make sure your people stay happy also. Farms can wait truly. You need chicken burgages and goat and vegetable have to be pretty big, long burgages to make a difference. Again you need money to do that! But it gives you different foods.

Nice episode! I know you eager to get away from the game so you can play Manor Lords. I still enjoy this game very much! I feel it's very similar to Manor Lords.

This is going to be fun to watch. Since I cant play right now (health issues), I'll just live through your gameplay.

Think of Banished. Never mess with the firewood, tools or food and build more burgages. There are limits on most resources until you take over more land. It's complicated 😃 Farms can wait for a bit truly. You need a forager, a hunter and then maybe the chicken eggs.

I'm always your dreadful comment person. The sounds in the game are too loud for your voice. I can hear you, but they are louder. Game is complicated for sure. I've been watching several people play it and learned a lot about it and it's not easy. It's a great game though!!

You need to order 2 of everything in order to avoid not having a product to handle. Let your guy stock the shelves and you deal with the ordering only and back up cashier. You can't try to do 3 things and order stock. You need to manage and let your employees do their job. That's my thought! And slow down with the movement of your camera. It seriously makes you dizzy. 😄
